Saint John Alehouse Menu

Our menus change daily, the menu displayed on our website is a general feeling for our food and drink options.

Chef Jesse Vergen and his crew take advantage of local New Brunswick ingredients that are available from the land, and sea. We experiment with all seasonal ingredients including, fiddleheads, lobster, halibut, local lamb, beef, and cheeses to inspire our menu. From our in-house bread baking program, to making our own charcuterie, pickling vegetables, butchering whole animals and fish, or dry aging our beef on site, Chef Vergen and his team are always creating dishes that inspire.

If you have any questions on our current menu items, please feel free to give us a call for the current updates at (506) 657-2337.
