To eat local is to eat with respect.We are not just passionate about food, we respect where it comes from, how it’s prepared and most of all we respect the people we prepare it for. Chef Jesse Vergen and his crew take advantage of local New Brunswick ingredients that are available from the land, and sea. We experiment with all seasonal ingredients including, fiddleheads, lobster, halibut, local lamb, beef, and cheeses to inspire our menu. From our in-house bread baking program, to making our own charcuterie, pickling vegetables, butchering whole animals and fish, or dry aging our beef on site, Chef Vergen and his team are always creating dishes that inspire.

Our menus change daily, the menu displayed on our website is a general feeling for our food and drink, but we are always exploring our local farms, woods and waters for new exciting items, so there may be some slight variance on what you read here and when you arrive.
